Returns

Customer has the right to cancel 30 days and return goods within 14 days Stickers CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. Goods must be in same condition as received and UNUSED. In no circumstances may the Customer return the items to Kharparts without Kharparts prior approval.

Goods returned to Kharparts for whatever reason must be properly packed and insured for any loss or damage in transit. Any loss or damage caused with transit shall be the Customer’s sole responsibility.

Goods that are damaged or specially ordered will not be accepted for credit.

When a correctly supplied items have been used, it will not be accepted for credit.

Whilst we provide fantastic carbon fibre goods, we do not offer warranty with these parts. Therefore, we need you to play your part too. A property to Carbon fibre is that it generally deteriorates at a higher rate than a normal plastic piece, and we would recommend PH neutral products when cleaning. Exposure to intense heat may cause the carbon fibre to warp, and this will not be eligible for return or replacement. 

Once an item has been installed to your vehicle, we cannot accept a return for this item, as they should of been checked over prior to install of the item

Cancelation of orders must be made within 24 hours in writing and if goods are received by customer they will need to be returned within 14 days with all original packaging unused and in new condition. Cost of return will not be covered by Kharparts. Some items are made to order these items you may only receive 50% of your refund for some items such as customisable steering wheels you will not receive a refund due to the item being specially made for the customer and un sellable. For any questions on made to order you must contact prior to ordering. By ordering you have agreed to the terms. All items bought through Kharparts website have a 20% restocking fee which means you will only receive 80% of your refund of the item. You will not be refunded shipping cost on any items. 

It is the customers sole responsibility to make sure parts and accessories supplied are correct for the vehicle and the installers are to take steps in order to confirm compatibility before installation. Kharparts will not cover costs for parts installed incorrectly or installed to vehicles that are not compatible. All Kharparts items are advised to be installed professionally.
